Why Your Child’s Anxiety Might Be Coming From You | Sissy Goff, MEd, LPC-MHSP & David Thomas, LMSW

Your 7-year-old is melting down, your teen won’t drive, and your 20-year-old won’t leave the house… what is going on? I’m joined by Sissy Goff and David Thomas—child counselors with 30+ years of experience—to break down what’s really happening with kids today. Anxiety is up, independence is down, and even with more support than ever, kids are feeling less capable. We dig into the uncomfortable truth: your job isn’t to make your kid happy, it’s to help them become strong and resilient enough to handle life. Thank you to our sponsors!
