Episode description as stored
When we resist the present moment because it doesn't match our expectations, we create distance from our happiness. We tell stories about how things should be or fear what the future might hold, and in doing so, we miss the value and possibility in what's actually here. When we accept what is and remember that uncertainty is a space of unlimited potential, we become more present, open, and available. This not only helps us get the most out of the moment, it is also a powerful recipe for creating a better future. Affirmation: I accept this moment as it is, and I trust that uncertainty holds the potential for something beautiful. I release the stories that create distance from my happiness and stay open to all that life has to offer.
