Sk8LikeYou Podcast Episode 103: Hinton Covington Part 1

In this episode of the SK8LIKEYOU Podcast, we’re joined by Hinton Covington, better known across social media as QuadSkatingHinton. Ask around the skate community and skaters will tell you the same thing. One day Hinton just started showing up in their feeds. With a quick wit and even quicker delivery, his commentary quickly caught the attention of the roller skating world. Blending humor with truth, Hinton has built a following by pointing out the things skaters see every weekend but rarely say out loud. From rink personalities to sk8fam dynamics, his content highlights the satire of rink life in a way that is both hilarious and relatable. In Part 1 of this two part conversation, we talk about how Hinton’s videos started gaining traction, the role humor plays in skating culture, and why sometimes the best way to say something real is through satire. Whether he is calling out the obvious or just making skaters laugh at themselves, Hinton brings a fresh voice to the conversation. If you have ever watched one of his videos and thought, “That is way too accurate,” this episode is for you. #SK8LIKEYOU #QuadSkatingHinton #HintonCovington #RollerSkating #SkateCulture #RinkLife #Sk8Fam #RollerSkatePodcast #SkateTalk #SkatersOfInstagram #RollerSkatingCommunity #SkateHumor #RinkStories
