The defendant argues she paid the plaintiff. Plus, the plaintiff bought a new car and found out he had a lot of unpaid parking tickets. The defendant towed his car, and the plaintiff claims the defendant damaged his car in the process. He’s suing for the damages. The defendant argues he didn’t do anything to the car.
