Episode description as stored
First, the plaintiff hired the defendant to cater her daughter's birthday. However, they ran out of food during the party, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff wasn't sure how many people were going to show up. He does not believe that's his problem.
Then, the plaintiff collects cars and stored four of them at the defendant's lot. However, the defendant is holding the cars hostage, so the plaintiff is suing for their value. The defendant claims the plaintiff hasn't paid him for storage fees for the past eight months, so of course he's holding onto them. The defendant is countersuing for unpaid storage fees.
Plus, the plaintiff claims his ex-girlfriend charged a bunch of money on his credit card without his permission, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists she never used the plaintiff's credit card, and she believes he is just bitter about their relationship.
